Honest update on me

Hey everyone! I hope you had an amazing Christmas❤️💚🎄❄️⛄️🎁 here is an honest update on me:

I have THE BEST NEWS: I found a new treatment for my fibromyalgia and ever since I have been using this treatment, I have had less pain! My pain is not gone it’s so much better🥰💗❤️

Physically:

The past two days I have been in a flare so my pain is pretty bad. So that’s rough. It’s been really tough. Flares are the worse and this flare was triggered by the weather. If you have ever heard someone say that their chronic pain changes with the weather that is completely true. The weather can really affect and hurt any chronic pain. ❤️💗💚 but I FINALY think I found a treatment that truly works for me🥰💚

Mentally:

I am really good. I have been up and down. Yesterday I was down but today I am much better💗❤️💚💜

Even though I am still in pain I am much better from where I used to be. Praise Jesus it’s better❤️💗💚💜

Also idk i have told you guys this but I was diagnosed with PCOS this year which is an autoimmune disease. My GI doctor believes I have psoriatic arthritis so I am seeing a rheumatologist in February. So hopefully when I was my doctor I will get some answer and hopefully soon treatment that will really help.

But honestly guys, I am doing okay. Yes I still have pain. But I am in a good mood and I am enjoying every moment when my pain is better❤️💗💚💜
